ITINERARY:

Poros Port Arrival

Your experience begins at the port of Poros, the main ferry gateway to Kefalonia. Upon arrival, you will meet your guide and receive a short introduction to the island before starting your journey through some of Kefalonia’s most iconic locations.

St. Gerasimos Monastery

The first stop is the Monastery of Saint Gerasimos, the most important religious site on the island and dedicated to the patron saint of Kefalonia. Surrounded by peaceful countryside, this spiritual landmark offers visitors the chance to learn more about the island’s religious traditions and local culture.

Approximate duration: 40–60 minutes.

Melissani Lake

Continue to the magical Melissani Cave, one of Kefalonia’s most famous natural attractions. Here you will board a traditional small boat and glide across the crystal-clear underground lake while admiring the spectacular light reflections created by the collapsed cave roof.

This unique geological wonder is considered one of the highlights of the island.

Drogarati Cave

The tour continues with a visit to the impressive Drogarati Cave, a natural underground chamber filled with spectacular stalactites and stalagmites formed over thousands of years.

Before returning, stop at the world-famous Myrtos Beach, one of the most iconic beaches in Greece.
